| Comet Ikeya-Zhang
C/2002 C1 will be bright enough to be visible in binoculars for the most
of May 2002.  It is a morning object and should be visible about an
hour before sunrise.  The track starts on the morning of 27 April
2002 and the the time period between circles is 1 day. | 
|  Comet Ikeya-Zhang C/2002 C1 is a very large comet. The vertical dimension of this image is about 21 arcmin, so the coma is about 7 arcmin across. (About 1/4 the diameter of the full moon) | Scope: 8" LX 200 SCT |
