M-40 in Ursa Major
M-40 is essentially a faint double star.   Charles Messier recorded the position of the stars when he was searching for nebulosity erroneously reported at this position.  He therefore gave them a number in his catalog.  I imaged them so I could say I had images all of the Messier Objects.
