M-55 Globular Cluster
M-55 is a very nice Globular only slightly smaller and dimmer than M-13.   Unfortunately for observers in the northern latitudes, it's -31 degrees declination causes it to be some what of a "horizon hugger".   From my location near WASH DC, USA, it seldom appears more than 20 degrees above the horizon and is almost always firmly enveloped by light pollution.
