M-67 in Cancer

M-67 is a large nicely formed open cluster in the constellation Cancer.   Some call it the "Little Bee-hive" while calling M-44 the "Bee-hive"  The best way to find them is to locate the bright star Sirus.  Then locate the circle of stars that form the head of Hydra.  Next locate Procyon.  If you can see Procyon and Hydra's head, you will be able to locate M-67 in binoculars.   M-67 appears about the same size as the diameter of the full moon.
