This image was taken with my Nikon film camera shooting through the Orion MAK 500.  The focal ratio was f 5.5 and the field of view is about 3.1 x 2.7 degrees.  The limiting magnitude of the image is about 12.0.   The planetary in this film images appears about the same as a star.   Click here to go back.
