This image was taken with my Nikon film back attached to the Orion MAK 500.  The galaxy is just faintly visible in the image as a slightly elongated star.  Noise is prevalent as I attempted to bring the galaxy out from the back ground.  The field of view of the image is about 3.1 x 2.7 Degrees.  Total exposure is 20 minutes.  Click here to go back.
