This image was taken using  using my Nikon film back attached to my 8" LX 200 at f10.  My MX-5C and STAR 2000 were attached to the Orion MAK 500 and auto-guided the two 15 minute exposures.    The field of view (FOV) of the 35 mm frame is about 60 arcmin x 40 arcmin.   This large FOV plus the subtle colors from the film emulsion make this image one of my favorites.  Total exposure is 30 minutes.   Click here to go back.
