This image
was taken using the Meade f3.3 focal reducer on my 8" f10 LX 200.
Using this focal reducer with my JMI NGF-S motofocuser results in a focal
ratio of about f4. The image is a composite of several individual
images. They were first color converted with the Starlight Express Pixcolm5
software, combined in MaxImDL and then further processed in Photoshop. Total
exposure is 35 minutes. I probably need to revisit it with a longer
exposure time. The background noise is almost as strong as the signal in
a few areas of the image. The image also just captured a faint magnitude
