This image was taken with the Meade f3.3 focal reducer and the 15 mm extension ring on my 8" f10 LX 200.    This combination results in a focal ratio of about 4.8.   I also used the STAR 2000 autoguider and the IDAS LPR filter.  The exposure is a combination of three twenty minute on one ten minute exposure.  Total time 70 minutes.    Click here to go back.
