M-66 in Leo 

M-66 is a reasonably bright galaxy and is visible in an 8 inch scope.  Maybe six inch if you have dark skies.  If you locate it, be sure to view M-65 and NGC 3628.  A wide field eyepiece may allow you to view all three galaxies at the same time.  This galaxy grouping is known as the Leo Trio.
